1. Personalize Your Invitation
    Here’s how to personalize your invitation:

• Choose Your Background Color:
  Start by selecting the background color you prefer from the available options. When you click on a picture from the Drop Down Menu, tap and hold the image to enlarge it for a closer look.

• Enter Your Names:
  Fill in the names of you and your partner in the provided fields.
  

• Event Date & Time:
  Provide the date and time of your event or celebration so your guests know exactly when it begins.
  

• Event Address:
  Make sure to enter the full address of your event or celebration location.

• Add Your Text:

  • If you want to keep the original text from the template, simply type "SAME AS TEMPLATE" in the text field.
  • If you’d like to use your own text, double-check the spelling and grammar to make sure everything is perfect.

Upload the Music File:
Simply upload the music file you wish to include with your invitation.

• If uploading is not possible, you can also provide a link to the music (e.g., YouTube, Spotify, etc.) in the text field.
• Specify the Starting Time: Be sure to mention the exact second when you want the music to begin in the video

2. Order & Delivery Time
Once your order is placed, your digital invitation video will be ready within 3 to 5 business days.

3. Downloading the Video

• Via WhatsApp:
  If you download the video via WhatsApp, be sure to press HD at the top of the screen to ensure a higher quality.
  Please send the video separately to each recipient—do not forward it in a group chat, as this will reduce the video’s quality. Forwarding the video in a chat automatically decreases its resolution. But keep in mind the quality will not be as high quality when sending through Whatsapp. By pressing HD it will appear in better quality but not as perfect as you received from us. 
  
• Maintaining High Quality:
  To preserve the full quality of the video, it is recommended to send the file via email, or use Bluetooth or AirDrop for iPhone users. This ensures that the video remains in its original high definition.

4. Changes to Your Order
After placing your order, you can request one free change to the video (e.g., name, date, or text). Additional changes beyond the first one will incur extra costs.

• Changes must be requested within 24 hours after placing the order. Cancellations or modifications after this time may not be accepted.

5. Refund & Return Policy
Since this is a customized digital product, no returns or refunds are allowed once the video has been delivered. However, you are entitled to request one free change to the video within 24 hours of receiving the first draft. After that, any additional changes will incur a fee.

6. File Format & Compatibility
Your video will be delivered in MP4 format, which is compatible with most devices and video players. Make sure your device is up to date for the best viewing experience.

7. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
The video you receive is personalized for your event and is for personal use only. You are not permitted to use the video for commercial purposes, resell it, or redistribute it without permission.
All creative rights to the design and video remain with the creator (the 3D artist).

8. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and handle your personal data with care. Your personal information will only be used to create your custom invitation and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
We comply with data protection laws, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in Europe, to ensure your data is safe.
