General Terms and Conditions – BYMIRFY (3D Digital Wedding Invitations)
1. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations, and agreements between BYMIRFY and the customer, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
2. Services
BYMIRFY offers services related to the design and creation of digital 3D wedding invitations. Customers may choose from standard templates or request fully customized designs.
3. Order and Payment
3.1 Orders are placed via the official webshop or communicated directly through BYMIRFY’s official channels.
3.2 Payment is required at the time of ordering and must be made via the available payment methods.
3.3 All prices are exclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.
3.4 Refunds are not possible after an order has been placed, as the product is personalized and cannot be reused or resold due to the time and creative effort involved.
4. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All designs, visuals, videos, animations, and associated content remain the intellectual property of BYMIRFY.
It is strictly prohibited to:

Copy, reproduce, or alter any part of the design

Sell or distribute the final product or any part of it

Share the design with third parties for reuse or modification
Legal action may be taken in the event of infringement.
5. Logo & Branding
All final products will include the BYMIRFY name or logo, displayed subtly in a corner. This branding:

Is mandatory and cannot be removed

Serves as a protective measure, not for promotional purposes

Protects against unauthorized use or resale of BYMIRFY’s work
6. Revisions and Additional Costs

One small revision is included (e.g., text, color, or speed)

Each additional revision costs €15
-
Larger changes (e.g., layout or music replacement) may require a custom quote
7. Delivery & Deadlines

Standard delivery: within 12-14 business days after all required details are submitted

Each revision may take up to 3 additional business days
-
Rush orders are possible upon request, for an extra fee
Customers are strongly advised to order at least 2 months before the event, to allow for potential edits and delivery time.
BYMIRFY is not responsible for delays caused by late orders or insufficient planning on the customer’s part.
8. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is fully responsible for:

Submitting accurate and complete information (names, dates, times, addresses, music, etc.)

Timely responses to communication and previews

Reviewing all materials carefully before final delivery
Errors or delays resulting from incorrect or late customer input are not the responsibility of BYMIRFY.
9. Digital Delivery

Products are delivered via a downloadable link through WhatsApp or email

The download link is valid for 7 days

It is the customer’s responsibility to download and save the file within this timeframe
10. Usage & Restrictions

The invitation may be shared for personal use only (e.g., via WhatsApp or social media)

Commercial use is prohibited

It is not permitted to forward the product to third parties for editing or redistribution
11. No Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of BYMIRFY’s digital products, no refunds or cancellations are allowed after production has started.
This is in accordance with EU consumer law regarding customized digital goods (Article 16, Directive 2011/83/EU).
12. Final Provision
By placing an order with BYMIRFY, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions. These terms are binding and protect both the customer and the creator.
Purchasing a custom design grants the customer a license for personal use only. Full ownership or copyright of the design remains with BYMIRFY.
The customer may not use BYMIRFY’s designs for AI training, resale, NFTs, or commercial use of any kind.
Minor wording corrections (e.g. spelling) count as revisions. BYMIRFY reserves the right to define whether a requested change falls under a new design or an allowed revision.
BYMIRFY reserves the right to refuse or terminate service in cases of disrespectful or abusive communication. No refund will be provided in such cases.
Sharing BYMIRFY’s work publicly (e.g., on social media or review platforms) without permission or proper credit is not allowed. False public claims that harm the brand may result in legal action
